This cancellation policy applies to all orders placed with Modchronos (operated by EVENSENSOLUTION AS) on modchronos.com.

Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@modchronos.com with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Orders That Have Been Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our return policy, and a refund will be issued according to our refund policy.

Custom Items

Because our watches are individually assembled and customized, we begin preparing your order shortly after payment is confirmed. Therefore, we recommend requesting any cancellation promptly so that it can be processed before assembly and shipment begin.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right of withdrawal for distance sales as described in our return policy.
