Return Policy

This return policy applies to all purchases made from Modchronos (operated by EVENSENSOLUTION AS) at modchronos.com.

Returns (100-day open purchase)

We offer a 100-day open purchase on all regular items. You may return an item within 100 days of receiving it, provided the conditions below are met.

In addition, as a consumer in the EU/EEA you have a statutory right of withdrawal of at least 14 days from receiving the item, without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Our 100-day open purchase is in addition to – and does not limit – this statutory right.

Conditions for Returns

For an item to be eligible for return, it must be:

• Unused, undamaged, and in its original condition; and
• Returned with all original parts, packaging, and accessories.

Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer may be refused for return.

Promotional Items – “Buy 2, Get 1 Free”

When a third watch is included for free as part of a promotion, the return right applies only to the paid items. The free watch is a promotional item and cannot be returned or refunded separately. If you return one or both of the paid watches, the free watch must be returned at the same time, and any refund will only cover the amount actually paid.

How to Initiate a Return

Submit a return request via our return portal or contact customer service at support@modchronos.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as Modchronos cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

After the Return

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For details on refund timing and amount, please see our refund policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@modchronos.com, and we will resolve the issue.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right of withdrawal for distance purchases.
